How do I stick my new Fantastick wall stickers to my chosen surface?

Make sure your surface is smooth, clean and dry. (Wipe with a dry cloth.)

• Place the corner of your sticker carefully on your chosen surface, always apply from one side to prevent air bubbles.
• Keep the rest of the sticker away from the wall and gently apply it to the surface, working from the initial side towards the other side, peeling it from the backing sheet as you go.
• Use your hand or credit card to smooth out any air bubbles.
• Using a hair dryer to heat up the vinyl will help it stick better. Keep the hair dryer about 10cm away while blowing on the part you are sticking down.
• This also works well when removing your stickers.
• Love your stickers!! Rub it down every now and then until the glue has settled.

What surfaces will the wall decals adhere to?

Most smooth, clean dry surfaces. Customers have decorated a number of surfaces with success. These include: smooth walls, cupboards, fridges, glass & mirrors, cars, laptop covers, tiles, etc.

Does the sticker adhere to any type of paint?

Our stickers stick well on both enamel and acrylic paint. The smoothness of the surface is the most important.

How long does it take to deliver my product to me?

We always endeavour to get your products to you as quickly as possible – normally within 5 to 7 workings days after receiving payment. We deliver all orders using registered mail or an accredited and professional courier service. The courier service only delivers during working hours between 8am - 4pm. Rather use a postal address if you are not available during these hours. Please let us know if it has not arrived within 7 working days.  

How do I order your products online?

1. Select your wall décor and add to basket
2. Pay with your credit card or via bank transfer (EFT)
3. We dispatch (in RSA) within 5 - 7 working days @ R44 incl. VAT per order.
4. You have the option of delivery via courier (only 4 major cities during working hours 8am - 4pm) or registered mail.

Returns policy

1. Can I return online purchases?
   Yes. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return items purchased online to the Fantastick office for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided the items are returned in their original packaging and condition within 60 days of purchase. Gift vouchers purchased will not be refunded. 
2. How will I be refunded for items bought online?
   Your refund will be given via an eft into a cheque/savings account. This will only be paid once the products has been returned in it's original condition.

Who makes Fantastick products?

Fantastick is a 100% uniquely South African made and designed. We design and manufacture all our products locally. Our head office is at 85 Jean Ave, Doringkloof, Centurion (Gauteng).

I'm worried about the security of my private information. How do I know you won't disclose my private details?

We hate spam too! We do not save your credit card details and use secure servers for all online transactions. Your personal information is regarded as strictly confidential.

Are Fantastick wall decals waterproof?

Yes, all our vinyl stickers are made from 3-5 year guarateed, quality vinyl. This can be used in wet and dry areas and should not fade or damage.
